UGANDA

Uganda is one of the most beautiful countries in Africa, with fantastic natural scenery, Half of the world's remaining mountain gorilla population is in uganda.

Situated in eastern Africa, Uganda is mostly a plateau, a compact country occupying an area of 236,580 square kilometers, roughly the size of Great Britain or the state of Oregon in the United States. It lies astride the Equator and has a fine mild climate with copious rainfall that is experienced three times a year and sunny months.

TANZANIA

Tanzania has the finest wildlife habitat in Africa and abounds in a wide variety of animal and bird life. Many areas remain untouched by humanity and it is still quite possible to enjoy a traditional tented safari as the famous hunters of old times did many years ago. In addition to the world famous Mt. Kilimanjaro, the country is noted for its spectacular game reserves, scenery and a wide variety of game animals found nowhere else in Africa.

The Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve has great significance, as it is part of the Albertine Rift of Uganda, which is famous for its’ variety of landscapes and ecosystems and biological diversity. This diversity is maintained in the continuous string of forest reserves and wildlife protected areas. The areas extend from Mgahinga National Park in the south to Murchison Falls in the north.

HUNTING IN TANZANIA

Selous Game Reserve, Tanzania

The Selous Game Reserve is one of the best places for a hunting safari. It is located in the southern part of the country and is the largest hunting concervancy in Tanzania. It is uninhabited by people and is divided into 46 hunting blocks. The area is noted for its large population of dangerous game, especially buffalo. Leopard and lion are plentiful, as well as crocodile and hippo. The vegetation is mainly miombo and mopane bush with dense thickets and open plains. In the Selous one can not only experience the excitement of the Buffalo hunt, but also the adventure of a walking safari in one of the last great wilderness areas in the world.
